Product Return Policy
Due to the nature of the products, we do not accept returns of the following:
All Herbal products: loose herbs, teas, salts, tinctures, elixirs, bath and body products. All Crystals: rough, tumbled, clusters, points. Other products may be returned or exchanged within 14 days of purchase. Items must be in original condition with no signs of use or wear. Return postage is the responsibility of the returner. If an item ever arrives broken or damaged, we are happy to replace it or issue a refund. We’ll always do our best to make things right! Thanks for your support! Shipping Policy
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days of receipt. Orders are not processed or shipped on major national holidays. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Order Confirmation and Order Tracking
You will receive a Order Confirmation email with your tracking number once your order has shipped. The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Damages
Paradise Found is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please file a claim with the shipment carrier. Save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
International Shipping Policy
We currently do not ship outside the continental US.
