Smudging Trio - White Sage, Palo Santo, Cedar

Sage clears and cleanses, creating an energetic “vacuum”, and it is up to you to decide what energies do you want to bring in—i.e. love, peace, joy, creativity, harmony, good fortune. Palo Santo is burned to call in these positive energies, and Cedar is traditionally used for healing, purification, and spiritual protection.

Keeping your intention in mind, think, speak or sing a blessing of your choice as you smudge yourself and then walk slowly around the perimeter of your space, wafting the sacred smoke and letting it reach every nook and corner to energetically clear and cleanse.
